Hair ties are such strange and mysterious creatures, a little cat-like. I set them down and they seem to always disaspear - then I find them later accumulated in little piles on the corner of my dresse or at the bottom of a bag. Just now I found two wrapped around my finger where lm sure they weren't 30 seconds before. Fortuitous!
